While operating within these global powerhouses, she developed a sharp strategic intelligence and a deep understanding of high-pressure professional environments. Everything shifted during what she describes as a “cosmic sledgehammer” moment—a profound awakening that redirected her path from the corporate boardroom to a more soul-aligned mission. This transition allowed her to move to Sedona and dedicate her life to helping others bridge the gap between professional excellence and spiritual fulfillment.

The Global Executive & The Academic Foundation
For over a decade, my life was defined by the fast-paced world of global corporate business development. Back by the academic rigor of Johns Hopkins and INSEAD, I navigated high-level international strategy, a path supported by 28 years of living and working across Europe. From the cultural hearts of The Netherlands, Italy, Germany, and France to spending 22 years in Switzerland, I developed a deep, multi-cultural perspective and a fluency in French and German.
Despite outward success, a “cosmic sledgehammer” moment redirected my path from the corporate boardroom to a soul-aligned mission. I traded the corporate ladder for the most in-depth training in energy healing available: The Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Austria.
Founded by a former NASA scientist, this rigorous four-year program is a masterclass in the human energy consciousness. I complemented this with Reiki training in Switzerland, blending scientific precision with intuitive spiritual wisdom.
My journey brought me to Sedona just one week before the world locked down for the global pandemic. This timing served as a profound initiation, anchoring me into the quiet, powerful energy of the Red Rocks during a time of global transition.
Today, I bridge my Greek and Swedish heritage—bringing a blend of warmth, resilience, and a love for sacred hospitality—into my work.
